What’s in each My Silk Rewards Box?
In each box, you’ll receive complete sets of lingerie, bikini, lounge or sports apparel, plus bonus beauty, bath, accessory or other whimsical luxury item. Examples include a bra and panty set, a pajamas set, a bikini set, corsets, chemises, baby dolls, robes, work out clothing set, panties, etc. The items in each box typically retail between $250 and $300 and are carefully selected based on your customization preferences, varying from romantic, to whimsical, to comfortable, to flirty, or sexy, or practical, or even naughty! Enjoy the extra reward items that come in each box, too. You will be eager to get your next box! The number of items in each box will depend on the retail value of each item.
Do I have to Subscribe?
Yes. My Silk Rewards is a subscription service so you need to subscribe. Depending on your selections when you subscribe, subscriptions auto-renew and you can cancel at any time. As a subscription member, you will have your Rewards box delivered directly to you, and will also have access to our membership perks!
If you would like to purchase a box as a gift, all of our Boxes may be purchased as one time gifts or as recurring subscriptions.
When will I receive My Box?
Based on when you order. My Silk Rewards boxes ship quarterly. Your first box will ship within three weeks of signing up. Thereafter you should expect to receive your box by the second or third week of the month your box is due.
Where do you ship?
We ship to anywhere in the U.S and Canada and to select International Countries.
How Does Billing Work?
Our subscription boxes are billed on a prepaid or recurring basis, usually up to three weeks before your box ships. Our boxes usually ship around the 24th. Other shop items are billed once, upon checkout. Prepaid memberships renew automatically, you will be notified that your renewal is due.
How do you decide what goes in the box?
Items are selected based on the information you provided during your box customization process. We will also typically contact you to verify your selections and to help us select the best items for you.
What if my box is damaged during shipping?
Legitimately damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Please contact us and we will assist you with getting your items replaced.
What if my measurements change?
Please notify us through our firstname.lastname@example.org if you have significant changes in your measurements, for example if you lost or gained 20lbs. We will update your customer profile to be able to send the correct items in the next box.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account or emailing us at email@example.com. Canceling your subscription means that you will no longer be billed, however, you will still receive any boxes that you already paid for.
What if I don’t like the items in a particular month’s box?
If you do not like what was selected for you in a particular month; you can exchange the items for free and we will send the replacement item with your next box.
Do you ship in a plain box?
Your box will be shipped in a customized box or bag. The box or bag will typically be enclosed in a red or yellow mailing envelope.
